This is a family-operated business. Established
in 2002, JISARC has been providing quality investigations and reconstructions in both civil and criminal matters. Our
goal is to provide you with a thorough investigation and analysis of your traffic accident. We provide services to both
private and public sector clients.
Mr. Simmons has over eleven years of law enforcement experience
in traffic accidents. He also has over thirty-two years of automotive experience as an Advanced ASE Master- Technician.
Our firm gives you expert testimony on such issues as: failure analysis,
crash dynamics, time and distance, minimun speed, commercial vehicle issues, pedestrians, motorcycles, etc. based upon accepted
accident reconstruction principals. We will reconstruct the accident scene. We provide digital photos,
perform site surveys, a mechanical inspection of the vehicles, interview witnesses and 18x24 scaled drawings of
the accident scenario.
